Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them only for the purposes described below.
What we use today
Ordelo uses strictly necessary cookies and functional browser storage — the things required to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember an in-progress order. These don’t require consent under GDPR/ePrivacy rules, but we list them here for transparency. We also offer analytics cookies, which only run if you opt in via the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Strictly necessary cookies

Functional browser storage
On the customer ordering pages we use your browser’s localStorage (not cookies) to remember your current cart and chat as you order. This data stays on your device, is not sent to advertisers, and is cleared once your order is completed.

Analytics cookies (opt-in)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These cookies are off by default and only set after you opt in through the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google sets no analytics cookies until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below.

Third-party cookies at checkout
When you pay, payment fields are provided by our processors, Stripe and Square. They may set their own cookies on those fields to process the payment and prevent fraud — these are necessary for the payment to work. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies: Stripe and Square.
Managing cookies
